After a though 2010 in Moto2, Niccolo has decided to move to CIV Superstock and FIM Superstock 1000. In the next years he was competing in Superbikes, Superstock 1000 and CIV STK series, coring multiple podiums and TOP 10 finishes. In 2016 Canepa started a new chapter in his career, moving on to endurance races riding a Yamaha. In 2016/2017 season he firstly won the famous 24 Hours of Le Mans and then became a FIM World Endurance champion – both with the team and as a rider. He has two more medals from FIM EWC, both for 2nd places at the end of the seasons – firstly in 2016 and then in 2017/2018.
