GRANADO TAKES SPECTACULAR WIN IN JEREZ

An amazing start of the season indeed for the LCR E-Team, with Eric Granado winning the first race of the 2022 FIM Enel MotoE World Cup at Circuito de Jerez – Angel Nieto.

During an action-packed race, Granado who had started from the 4^th position on the grid was able to push through and finish 1^st with some superb battles along the way.

Teammate Miquel Pons was in the top 3 throughout the race showing great consistency. The Spaniard managed to cross the finish line 3^rd but was given a long lap penalty which he failed to comply and turned into a 3 seconds penalty, making his final race position P8.
