A POSITIVE WEEKEND FOR THE LCR E-TEAM IN ASSEN

LCR E-TEAM riders Eric Granado and Miquel Pons have completed the two Saturday races in Assen scoring points and taking a step forward.

After some ups and downs at the beginning of the season, Brazilian Granado and Spaniard Pons have carried out a solid Saturday. The key point has been the changes and modifications from the first race, to the second one. In the morning, Eric had classified 6th and Miquel, 11th. Analyzing and adding those details, they’ve improved significantly, and, in the afternoon, they’ve finished 4th and 5th.

Race 1 6th | Race 2 4th
“We’ve made some changes on the bike from the first race to the second, and I felt better. I missed some feeling on the front end, but I’ve given my best to squeeze the bike and get the maximum result. We’ve been close to the podium, we’ll try again after the summer break!”

Race 1 11th | Race 2 5th
“I felt good on the second bike, I like the setup of the bike that we’ve found. I’ve managed to push, and we’ve been close to the Top 3. I’d like to thank the team for their job, the 4th position has been the best result of the season so far and that gives me motivation to fight for the podium in the next races”.
