DOUBLE PODIUM FOR ERIC GRANADO AT THE SILVERSTONE!
LCR E-Team rider Eric Granado has taken the podium twice! A third spot on Race 1, and a 2nd spot on Race 2, have turned the British rainy Saturday into a very special one for the LCR crew.
Cold temperatures and rain haven’t stopped Granado from clinching his goals. The Brazilian has done a stunning job handling both races cleverly and has stepped into the podium both times. Teammate Pons had pushed on Race 1 and had finished 7th, while a moment with another rival broke his traction control, and hasn’t been able to complete the second race.

Race 1 3rd | Race 2 2nd
“I’m super happy. Getting two podiums is a fantastic feeling, especially in these conditions. I made some mistakes in the first race, but overall, both have been amazing, and I’ve had a lot of fun fighting with rivals, and even though I could have won the second race, I’ve managed the situation without making risky mistakes. Today’s results are significant and I just can thank the team for the job done”.

Race 1 7th | Race 2 DNF
“On the first race, I did a solid comeback and finished 7th. I had felt good, we wanted to change some details on the bike setup to take a step forward on the second race, but a touch with another rival broke my traction control, and I ultimately crashed. It was a shame because we wanted to get a good result”.
