Granado takes pole position, Casadei third: LCR E-Team in front row at Portimao
LCR E-Team riders Eric Granado and Mattia Casadei will start tomorrow from the pole position and third place on the grid, respectively, after a tremendous Friday in Portimao.
Immediately after the first-morning session, both riders performed well, occupying the top positions and feeling comfortable on the Ducati. Despite finding tricky conditions on track, they cleverly managed the situation and secured a Q2 spot. In the afternoon, they nailed the job: Brazilian Granado clinched the pole position, and teammate Mattia Casadei, took the third position.
