POSITIVE FIRST DAY FOR THE LCR DUO AT MISANO GRAND FINALE

 

The FIM ENEL MotoE World Cup resumed track action on Friday for the Grand Finale of the 2022 Season. 

LCR E-Team rider Miquel Pons finished P8 in the first free practice session while teammate Eric Granado suffered a big crash but managed to finish P12. The crew was able to prepare his bike just before FP2 and Granado was the 4th fastest. Miquel Pons, finished 6th. Therefore, both riders went straight to the Q2.

During Qualifying, Brazilian rider finished just outside the Top 3 and will start this weekend’s races from 4thposition of the grid. Pons, qualified 6th and is also on the second row of the grid. This starting position gives them great opportunity to get into the Top3 and that’s the goal for this weekend as the 2022 FIM ENEL MotoE World Cup comes to an end.
