“The historic collaboration with Lucio Cecchinello’s LCR Team has created a bond over the years that is based on mutual respect and great passion for racing. Times change and GIVI wants to keep up, investing in innovation. I am well aware that the future of racing is going towards electric propulsion and this has caught our attention, so we will embark on the production of accessories for this particular sector.

It therefore becomes a good opportunity to strengthen the association by creating a partnership with the LCR E-Team to demonstrate our great commitment to the green world that will certainly be the mobility of the future.

The MotoE category becomes an extremely effective vehicle to communicate our mission : sustainable mobility and racing, which are deeply rooted in GIVI’s DNA.

I believe in the goodness of the LCR MotoE project as well as I am deeply confident in the courageous adventure undertaken by Lucio, that we hope will continue to give us satisfaction.”

Lucio Cecchinello

“We’ve worked a lot on the bike since the beginning of the year. Thanks to the developments made by Energica and Ohlins, the bike has improved the stability on the braking area and entry corner.

The battery performance has also been improved as the cooling down process now involves dry ice which allows the batteries to store more energy during the day.

During the simulation race that took place in Jerez early this month, Spanish rider Miquel Pons did a remarkable job, finishing 3rd. Kevin Zannoni is working hard to adapt his riding style from Moto3 to MotoE and we are confident that he will show significant progress very soon.

We are very honored that GIVI has extended its commitment to our MotoE project and we will do our best to give back it’s trust with great results. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thanks Mr. Giuseppe Visenzi  and his family for their ongoing support.”
